What is the ideal colour for presenting your food goods? That is the question we asked ourselves a while ago. That is why we analysed all possible colour combinations in the patisserie and associated them with a hundred colours. This analysis delivered the perfect colour. We call this colour Ardoise. The name refers to the subtle colour of dark stones. It harmonizes perfectly well with any kind of baked good.
