The realistic wood texture makes our new line of products attractive for existing and new applications. On top of the new design, new materials and techniques were used. This results in products with remarkable properties.
Packaging Donckers specialises in the manufacture of ‘goldies’ and other quality food pads. After years of experience we are now a renowned producer to many wholesalers. We process about 5500 tonnes of material per year and offer a wide range of food packaging that is regularly expanded.
Packaging is indispensable in the production of various goods in the food industry. It is therefore very important that the production of this packaging is carried out safely and according to the highest quality standards. Full control over all steps in the production process is required and the finished product must comply with strict rules and regulations. For example, we must be able to trace the history of each item produced to ensure the end customer’s safety.

1. More space, more opportunities
Packaging Donckers produces 5500 tonnes of packaging a year. The priority is always to offer our customers top products. Thanks to our new site, we now have space and opportunity for that. In addition, in the new building, Packaging Donckers has invested in the development of an automated workflow, which will lead to fast and correct work.
2. High degree of hygiene
Several measures have been taken in the new building to be able to guarantee a high degree of hygiene. Thanks to our highly trained staff, our customers are ensured a perfect end product. In our production space, for example, it is mandatory to wear protective clothing. We do not leave anything to chance.
Today, it is enormously important to have complete control over all steps in the production processes for food packaging. A product must conform to the rules and laws and we, as producers, must be able to track the history of every product in order to insure your safety. In 2019, we obtained the BRC-certificate and we have organised our production hall in such a way that we can maximally automate and control all processes.
Packaging Donckers is continuously investing in technology, workflow and infrastructure. We are proud to announce that we have realized a brand new factory and logistic center in Lier (Belgium). The only way is up!

What is the ideal colour for presenting your food goods? That is the question we asked ourselves a while ago. That is why we analysed all possible colour combinations in the patisserie and associated them with a hundred colours. This analysis delivered the perfect colour. We call this colour Ardoise. The name refers to the subtle colour of dark stones. It harmonizes perfectly well with any kind of baked good.
